Collection Arrangements 2024-25

Dear Parents/Carers,

By 1st September 2024, please provide details of how your child is to leave school at the end of the day.

This information will be referenced by all staff who will be responsible for end-of-day dismissal.

Should these instructions change on a particular day, please inform your child’s teacher at drop-off, or via the office if it's a last-minute decision. This information will enable us to make every effort to ensure children leave the site safely.

Children in Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 can be dismissed from the classroom at 3:20p.m. without being collected by an adult. Parents are responsible for the child once they have been dismissed from the classroom*I give permission for my child to leave the classroom without an adult present.My child will continue to be collected from the classroom.N/A for children in Years F, 1 & 2.
