As part of our ongoing partnership with parents, we are pleased to offer Parents’ Evening appointments on Tuesday 20th or Wednesday 21st May.
If you feel well-informed and have no particular concerns to discuss with your child’s teacher, please don’t feel obliged to attend. However, if you would like to meet with your child’s current class teacher, you may request either a face-to-face or telephone appointment. Please indicate at least two convenient time slots, and briefly outline any specific areas you wish to discuss (e.g. questions or concerns), to help us make the best use of the limited time available.
Please note that Year 6 SATs results will not be available at the time of Parents’ Evening and are expected to be released in mid-July.
The deadline to submit your appointment request is midday on Wednesday 7th May, as teachers will be finalising their schedules that afternoon. Requests received after the deadline may not be accommodated.
In exceptional circumstances, we can offer separate appointments for parents; however, we prefer to meet with both parents together so that everyone receives the same information, and due to time constraints, we are only able to allocate one appointment per child.
For your awareness, end-of-year reports will be sent home in July.
