What to do if you need to talk to the school

At Queen’s Inclosure, we have an open-door policy where parents are always welcome to meet with the class teacher or the Headteacher to discuss concerns or to share information. It is advisable, wherever possible, to make an appointment for such meetings to ensure that quality time can be allocated.

Should you have any concerns, you should first discuss them with your child’s class teacher. Full discussion with the school staff will normally enable any issues to be resolved informally. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of such a discussion, please bring this to the attention of the Headteacher by arranging an appointment through the school office.  In the unusual event that you have a complaint, it will be dealt with in line with our Complaints Procedure.
